With added resources and high level support for the government’s expansion of once-pilot AI and automation projects, the outcome isn’t just greater capacity and speed, but improved employee and citizen engagement.
At this workshop, government and industry leaders guided the audience through practical steps in bolstering their work with AI and automation technology, leveraging leadership support, and the key considerations to be made in implementing these emerging technologies.
