As the Director of the Artificial Intelligence/Data & Analytics Centers of Excellence at the General Services Administration (GSA), Ryan Dolan plays a pivotal role in advancing the government's data modernization initiatives. With a strong foundation in data analytics and visualization, he leads strategic efforts to integrate AI and analytics into government operations, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency. Ryan's experience at the U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division has provided him with valuable insights into the application of data in policy-making and public service. He has a track record of managing significant data visualization projects and formulating comprehensive data modernization strategies.

A proponent of data-driven decision-making, Ryan focuses on applying advanced analytical and programming methods to develop and execute data-centric strategies at GSA. These strategies aim to improve governance and foster public engagement through the effective use of data.In addition to his role at GSA, Ryan serves as an Adjunct Professor, teaching graduate courses in machine learning and data mining. Further augmenting his impact in the field of AI and data analytics, Ryan also serves as the co-manager of the federal AI Community of Practice, where he collaborates with and guides federal professionals in the implementation and advancement of AI technologies across government agencies. Joshua Stageberg leads Product Management for SolarWinds SaaS Observability Products and SaaS Platform. Before SolarWinds, Josh built and lead international product management and engineering teams at a number of companies including Google, ServiceNow and Symantec.
